COVERAGE
The beams in Alpha Wireless’s AW3376 8T8R panel antennas used by Imagine Ireland are optimised to provide coverage directly to the user. Data throughput is increased (there is no need for additional bandwidth) and the 90 degree with 0.5 lambda spacing offers the best option for soft split and extended coverage at the cell edge.
CAPACITY
Given the sheer number of people impacted by the network improvements, it was imperative that rural and regional capacity were improved to meet user demand. Our AW3376 family of antennas function seamlessly within the 3400-3800 MHz frequency range, which boosts capacity for wireless networks.
CONCEALMENT
All our solutions are designed to be as discreet as possible, so that they can fit compactly onto any surface without being intrusive or having a negative impact on the local environment. This was an important consideration given the indoor and outdoor usage requirements for Imagine Ireland’s network locations.
