AW3938-M-F

The AW3938-M-F is an 4-port pseudo-omni antenna designed to support the entire C-band from 3300 to 4200 MHz. The antenna features Alpha Wireless’s patented 4×4 MIMO technology to deliver 360° of horizontal coverage with minimal azimuth pattern ripple. The antenna enables improved azimuth control of the coverage through independent control of the elevation beam in six sectors. Each sector’s downtilt is adjustable from 0° to 10° using the manual electrical tilt (MET) dials. Throughput and coverage can be optimized through accurate adjustments of the downtilt. Down tilting the main beam electrically is the most effective way to adjust the coverage in an Omni antenna. This allows full control of the patterns to prevent signal creep into all neighbour cells, enables frequency-reuse between cells, and reduces the number of cells needed to serve an area.

The AW3938-M-F offers 11 dBi gain in a visually pleasing 34” length and 8.6” diameter canister. This antenna provides complete coverages for 4G and 5G private networks using the 3.5 GHz Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) and C-band spectrums (Bands n48, n77, n78, 42, 43, and 52).
